ROBERT JONES
Senior Pastor

Pastor Rob and his wife April come from a family of ministers spanning multiple generations within the Assemblies of God. They have four beautiful children and have been married for 17 wonderful years. Pastor Rob is bilingual and has preached with a powerful anointing in hundreds of churches around the world, including planting a church as a missionary to Spain and witnessing to thousands on the streets of many different cities.

The Jones' are people-persons and are very approachable for counseling and personal mentoring. They have ministered to thousands of couples and place a high priority on establishing healthy marriages and families within the church.

Pastor Rob has a passion for preaching, teaching and pastoring. He embraces small group ministry and enjoys developing a highly efficient and organized base of volunteers. He exhibits a spirit filled style of ministry, along with a contemporary worship and preaching style that includes boldness and humor.

Pastor Rob's vision for Neighborhood Church is to expand the influence of the church in the community by meeting the needs of those who are hurting. We believe Neighborhood is strategically located in the midst of diversity and has tremendous potential to make a huge impact in the South Bay Region. Our core values will be defined by changing lives, one at a time!

TONY TROTTER

Tony and Angee have been in ministry together for the past 12 years. They met at Messenger Bible College in Joplin, MO. in 1996. They were married in the summer of 1997 and began to minister together in many different venues and churches all across the nation. They have ministered at youth camps, bible conferences, youth revivals and district conventions, etc.

Tony and Angee have dedicated their lives to the building of the Kingdom of God, and letting people know that God can work in every type of person...whether young or old, rich or poor.

The Trotters have been at Neighborhood Church since November of 2007, and have dedicated their gifts and calling to the people of this church and the community of Santa Clara since they arrived.

CALEB CRENSHAW
Youth Pastor

Caleb has recently graduated from Champions College in Modesto, CA and had served with Stadium Youth Ministries at Calvary Temple Worship Center for three years. Caleb's powerful combination of humility, optimism, enthusiasm and anointing enables him to reach out to a diverse variety of students.

Pastor Caleb has an incredible vision to reach the students of Santa Clara and produce a spiritual revolution that will reverse the destructive secular youth culture that exists today. His talent in the arts include drums, guitar, graphic arts and video editing and his creativity and fresh ideas are producing a highly relevant atmosphere for young people to spiritually thrive!

BRENDA NAVARRETE
Ministry Development

Brenda was born again in 1997 at Neighborhood Church, and has faithfully served the Lord here ever since. Brenda is a local of Santa Clara where she was born and raised, graduating from Santa Clara High, and continuing her career in Finance within local organizations. Brenda and her husband Scott were also married at Neighborhood Church in May of 1998.

She loves Santa Clara and prays the Lord will continue to keep her grounded in this area. She has been building her career in Finance/Office Management for the past 18 years and has been the church bookkeeper for the past 3 years.

Brenda is also the Ministry Development Associate and serves as the ministry leader for Celebrate Recovery which is her true calling and passion. Her favorite verse is, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)

CAROL SALMON
Assistant to the Pastor

Carol Salmon and her husband Glen have attended Neighborhood Church since 1999. Over the years Carol has served in various ministries of the church including the Lifted-Up Prayer Ministry, Women's Ministries, as well as volunteering in the church office. As of June 2009, Carol came on staff to serve as the Assistant to the Pastor and has become a tremendous addition to our leadership team.

Both Glen and Carol have served faithfully as spiritual elders within the church by filling in the gaps wherever necessary such as special events, food preparation for homeless ministry, maintenance and construction services, serving on the church board and teaching various classes along with personally mentoring men and women within the church.

APRIL JONES
Children's Ministries Director

April Jones, mother of four, received her B.A. degree in 1991 from Bethany University in Music/Business along with her fifth year teaching degree. She has acquired her California State Teaching Credentials and achieved five years of full time teaching experience in both private and public schools arenas.

She has a passion for children, young mothers and enjoys mentoring women of all ages. April loves playing the piano, writing children's books and traveling. She is also in the process of acquiring her Doula License to help coordinate the birthing process for young mothers and coordinate their home nursery. Having served as a missionary to Spain for several years, along with homeschooling her own children, April strongly believes in the effectiveness of teaching children at a young age about God's love and promises.
